iPS Cell Line Derived from Human Foreskin Fibroblast (HFF)

CET.IPS HFF-500 was created by reprogramming cultured human foreskin fibroblasts isolated from foreskin tissue obtained from healthy newborns. Tissue was collected by informed consent in accordance with approved Institutional Review Board procedures. The pluripotency of this iPS cell line was validated as fully pluripotent based on colony morphology, alkaline phosphatase staining, antibody testing of Nanog, Oct-4, SSEA-4 and TRA-160 expression and teratoma formation in SCID mice.

A. Represents phase image of iPS colony.
B. Represents an alkaline phosphatase positive colony.
C. Represents Oct 4 expression.
D. Represents SSEA-4 expression.
E. Represents TRA-160 expression.
F. Represents teratoma in SCID mice.
